In order for us to maintain your site under the Annual Preventive Care program, we recommend that you do the following:

  1. Create a new user account on your site.
  2. Give the user account a name that you will recognize as belonging to Theme Surgeons.
  3. Give the new user account Administrator privileges.
  4. Provide us with the user name and password information for that user account.

We will use this administrator account for maintenance of your site. For security reasons, please do not give us login credentials belonging to yourself or another person.

To avoid delays, please make sure to verify all login information before you submit it to us.
